Sabine & Felix Eichbauer

Sabine & Felix Eichbauer have been running the 4.5-hectare Podere Salicutti estate in Montalcino, Tuscany, which was founded in 1995 and has been organically farmed ever since, for almost ten years. It was only a small step towards biodynamic agriculture. For the couple, it was a logical and holistic one: from dealing with employees, to the type of heating and construction method, right through to the vines. The 2025 vintage will be the first respekt-certified vintage on the market.
