Moritz Haidle

The Karl Haidle winery is one of the oldest wineries in Württemberg's Rems Valley. In 2014, Moritz Haidle took over the winery in the third generation and converted the entire vineyard to organic viticulture. This was followed seamlessly by biodynamic cultivation and Demeter certification in 2020. Moritz Haidle has been a member of respekt-BIODYN since 2025, and his first certified vintage will be 2025. The clear focus on Riesling and Lemberger goes hand in hand with a tangible promise of origin.
