Jochen & Adrian Beurer
The family winery in Kernen-Stetten in the Rems Valley was founded in 1997 and has been run by Jochen Beurer as a fully certified organic winery since 2004 and biodynamically since 2008. He joined the Demeter association in 2012 and the VDP in 2013. With a share of 65%, Riesling plays the most important role at Beurers. ‘Controlled idleness’ is the overriding principle. Today, Jochen works hand in hand with his son Adrian, who joined respekt-BIODYN with him in 2025 and will produce the first respekt-certified vintage with this vintage.
