When Gaumen Hoch (Palate High) was launched in 2023, we quickly realised that we wanted to be part of this movement: the networking of restaurateurs, suppliers and consumers. The aim is to increase the proportion of organic food in restaurants, hotels, canteens, retirement homes, hospitals, schools and kindergardens, while at the same time creating a broad awareness of good, healthy food.
On the one hand, this is achieved through the aforementioned networking, and on the other through Gaumen Hoch's extensive social media activities, podcasts, a magazine, media partnerships and the highly informative website gaumenhoch.at with numerous articles and news on the topics of food and agriculture.
And here we are: as an association and with a growing number of individual respekt-BIODYN winegrowers. We believe that together we can accelerate the path to MORE ORGANIC in the catering and food service industry - for the benefit of all involved. With Alexandra Seyer-Gmeinbauer, Verena Seyer and Reinhold Gmeinbauer and their innovative and committed team, organic agriculture has found its best advocates.
