Andreas Gsellmann
Andreas Gsellmann would rather put lukewarm nettle tea on his vineyards than chemicals, and in this way he does something good for them. Since 1800, wine has characterized his family, and since 2010 the winemaker from Gols has farmed biodynamically. His individual vineyards are called Goldberg, Salzberg and Gabarinza, among others, and his main grape varieties are Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt, the white Burgundies and Traminer.
“I love cabbage and beets.“
Andreas Gsellmann is a respekt member because respekt is a young, dynamic and non-dogmatic group.
